About the Role
As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, the Chief Financial Officer will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Financial Strategies: Lead the development of long-term financial strategies to support the mission and goals of Operation Kindness.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate decision-making and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, GAAP, and non-profit accounting and IRS regulations related to 501(c)(3) organizations.
