Local daily travel to various facilities required in Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus counties. Rotational on-call requirements.
ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION :
Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and / or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services and research.
JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible and accountable for the development, coordination, and supervision of all pharmaceutical services. Oversees facilities compliance with all Federal and State laws regarding pharmaceuticals. Acts to ensure patient safety and inventory control. Provides reports and maintains pharmacy licenses and permits while holding best practices in areas regarding pharmacy issues.
Local daily travel in personal vehicle to various facilities required in Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus counties. Rotational on-call requirements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a degree in Pharmacy
- Active Consultant Pharmacist License
- One-year minimum experience as a consultant pharmacist. Addiction and / or mental health experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE :
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :
Valid driver's license required.
Must pass a level II background check and drug screen.
