Primary Responsibilites
- Supervision of Counselors/Case Managers/Behavioral Health Consultants:
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to counselors.
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to case managers and behavioral health consultants.
- Conduct regular supervisory meetings, case reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure staff adherence to ethical standards and best practices in behavioral health.
- Oversight of Family Services:
- Oversee the delivery of family services, including Family Intervention Services and Motivational New Parents program.
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
- Monitor program effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Clinical Oversight of Detox
- Oversee the clinical delivery of detox services
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
- Monitor program effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- TANF Funding:
- Manage and oversee TANF-billing programs and services.
- Ensure compliance with funding requirements and regulations.
- Utilize PowerBI to monitor numbers and maintain consistency.
- Implementation of Invitation to Change Curricula:
- Implement and oversee the Invitation to Change curricula.
- Train staff in the application of the curricula.
- Monitor the use of the curricula.
- Assisting with the Oversight and Recruitment for Co-Parenting CAC Program:
- Assist with the oversight of the Co-Parenting CAC program, ensuring program objectives are met.
- Help recruit and support staff involved in the Co-Parenting CAC program.
- Help monitor program outcomes and make adjustments as necessary to improve effectiveness.
- Caseload Management:
- Maintain a small caseload as needed.
- Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapy.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments, agencies, and community partners.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, staff, and external partners.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Address client complaints and grievances in a timely manner.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health, including supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of TANF funding regulations and requirements.
- Training and experience in the Invitation to Change approach.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a caseload.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Experience working with families and detox services preferred.
- Typical office environment with occasional travel to different service sites.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings as needed.
