We are seeking compassionate, non-judgmental, and highly empathic individuals to join our specialized team of clinicians as a full-time (~30 hours / week benefits) PMHNP at Operation PAR’s Medication Assisted Patient Services (MAPS) program in Port Richey, FL 34668. ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION :
Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and / or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

SCHEDULE : (FT~30 hours / week)
Three weekdays (6 : 00 AM - 12 : 30 PM)
Saturdays & Sundays (6 : 00 AM - 11 : 15 AM)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
This position practices clinical care delivery under the guidelines of the State Board of Nursing per physician protocol. Responsible for the assessment, treatment planning implementation and follow-up of referred clients. Conducts new patient admissions, manages inductions and ongoing problem cases, and conducts annual medical reviews. Weekday duties will primarily include providing psychiatric services to patients with co-occurring mental health conditions as clinically / medically appropriate.
