ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION :
Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and / or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsible for developing life skills training curriculum with appropriate life skill goals for each client. Supervises the life skills training with the client’s primary counselor. Completes the vocation / educational evaluations and assessments on each client’s life skills. Assists with the progress of the vocational goals.
