ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION :
Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and / or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

JOB SUMMARY :
Entry level client serving position for individuals with limited counseling skills and / or experience. Involves responsibility for the health, safety, and security of clients assigned. Involves transportation of clients in an approved agency vehicle. Under appropriate supervision, may provide information and education to clients in a group setting. Provides 24-hour coverage during assigned shift.
SHIFT SCHEDULE AND DIFFERENTIAL :
3 : 45 PM - 12 : 15 AM
Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One (1) year experience in treatment, counseling education, or related field preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :
Valid driver's license.
Must be cleared by PAR auto insurance carrier to operate PAR vehicles.
Must pass level II background check and drug screen.
