We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of goods and services our company provides. Responsibilities
- Monitor safety standards and regulations and ensure adherence
- Perform inspections and quality tests
- Identify any quality assurance issues and suggest approaches for resolution
- Accurately document all quality assurance activities and report on them
- Create training materials to be used company-wide
- Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar position is preferred
- Certification or training as a Quality Assurance Specialist is preferred
- Understanding of the tools and techniques of quality assurance
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Eye for detail
