What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead (Aerospace Company) position at Operation Support Inc?
What We’re Looking For :
A candidate responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of materials, and verifying the accuracy and quality of inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience operation a forklift, have the ability to understand, verify, and complete complex forms, and be extremely detail oriented. This role will include coordinating with different departments, responsibility for maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating a forklift in a confined space.
The Warehouse Lead will work to establish safe, efficient, and effective procedures for loading, unloading, and dispatching products. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as leading by example in adhering to our company policies.
The Ideal Candidate :
Motivated, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and dependability will be instrumental in ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly. A hands-on manager will be working closely with their team, demonstrating a commitment to safety and quality in all operational aspects.
