Job Summary: Highly skilled Lead Delphi Developer to technically lead the migration of legacy Delphi 7 system, currently deployed as DLLs on Windows Server, to Delphi 12, which will be containerized and deployed on Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the migration of Delphi 7 applications to Delphi 12.
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using Delphi 12, ensuring compatibility with Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the migration and deployment process.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the migration process.
- Ensure that best practices and industry standards are adhered to throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of Proven experience as a Lead Delphi Developer, with a strong background in Delphi 7 and Delphi 12.
- Experience with containerization technologies, especially Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and deployment as DLLs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
