Parts Picker
OPEX Corporation is looking for a Warehouse Parts Picker to work at our Moorestown, NJ facility. We are looking for a worker who can commit to a full-time schedule during our day shift. The worker will mainly be responsible for picking orders and preparing items for shipment, along with assisting with other warehouse operations. This is a temp to perm position. The hours will be 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
Essential Responsibilities
- Pick parts orders for internal and external customers
- Prepare boxes and skids for proper shipping
- Loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Perform material cycle count when needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3 years’ experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment strongly preferred
- Material handling equipment operation experience is strongly preferred
- Basic computer skills a plus
- Work in a team environment and detail oriented
Physical/Work Environments
- Worker will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Worker must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Worker must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching overhead, reaching forward will occur on the job
