Job Description: Executive Personal Assistant
Location: Coral Gables, Miami, Florida
Position Type: Part-time
Compensation: $32-35 per hour plus all expenses
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Executive Personal Assistant to support a busy professor. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. This role will require a flexible schedule and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage email correspondence, ensuring precision and elegance in English.
- Scan and organize documents.
- Pick up and return packages.
- Schedule and coordinate car maintenance.
- Book medical appointments.
- Calendar Management:
- Manage the Executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings both online and in-person.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be a reliable driver with a valid driver's license.
- Must reside in Coral Gables or a nearby area.
- Familiarity with Miami is preferred.
