Job Overview:
As a Client Coordinator at Ophir, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Your primary duties will include greeting clients, managing appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring the front desk area is well-maintained and organized. Exceptional customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail are key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive experience for all clients.
- Provide skin care sales support to customers.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Drive sales by promoting products and services.
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts as required.
- Keep the spa clean and organized, ensuring all equipment, supplies, and amenities are fully stocked and in proper condition.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or luxury environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Experience in sales is an advantage
Hours: 3-4 days a week (Subject to change)
· Monday 9:30am-6pm
· Tuesday 9:30am-6pm
· Friday 9:30am-6pm
· Some Saturdays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 31 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
