What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ophthalmic Assistants position at Ophthalmology Associates?
Ophthalmic Assistants and Ophthalmic Technicians are invited to join our large Ophthalmology practice. We love our staff and want YOU to be part of it! The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in Fort Worth, Hurst, Weatherford and Granbury. We value certifications, but will certainly accept work history from experienced ophthalmic technicians. We are a large progressive practice with a great staff and wonderful patients. Our clinical department is under new leadership and we are excited to invite you to join us!
Candidates must have experience with refracting, applanation tonometry, history taking, visual fields, typing, using electronic medical records, multi-tasking, and being an effective communicator. Testing, procedure and laser work-up experience is helpful.
