We're looking for a tech-savvy individual to join our Customer Experience Team and be the face of the company. This position will help oversee the onboarding of new clients, and ensure they have all the tools they need to be successful. You'll work directly with business owners and decision makers to help grow their online reputation through our software. They will LOVE YOU!
Responsibilities
- Manage new relationships with new partners/clients across the country.
- Maintain contact over the first 30-60 days of a client lifecycle to ensure client success.
- Provide partners with necessary onboarding material (training guides, marketing material etc.)
- Train partners’ staff on our products and services.
- Act as a point of contact for new and existing partners clients; answering questions about the product, releases and general concerns, as well as managing their expectations.
- Keep notes on client progress and report it in weekly meetings
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency
- Strong understanding of computer systems and technology in general
- The ability to quickly learn and master new systems and methods
- An affinity for finding elegant solutions to complex problems
- Ability to work as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
