As an IT Systems Security Administrator at Opiniion, you will be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, managing system security, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, a strong technical background, and a proactive approach to operational support. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory and Access Management:

• Oversee IT inventory, ensuring proper tracking, deployment, and maintenance of equipment.
• Manage keycard systems and access to physical and digital resources, ensuring secure and streamlined operations.

Mobile Device Management (MDM):

• Configure and maintain mobile device management systems, including Jamf and Intune, to support device security and compliance.

System Training and Documentation:

• Provide training to staff on system usage, including CRM best practices, and create documentation for IT processes, policies, and procedures.
• Develop guides and troubleshoot documents to support user understanding and ensure consistent processes.

Security and Compliance Enforcement:

• Manage and enforce security measures across all systems, including LastPass for credential management and adherence to Secureframe compliance standards.
• Monitor network security and perform regular audits to maintain compliance with industry standards.

Network Management:

• Administer and maintain the network infrastructure, including Ubiquity devices, to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network issues and proactively monitor network performance to support uninterrupted operations.

User Access and Support:

• Grant and manage access to applications and systems, ensuring proper user permissions and onboarding processes.
• Provide user support for application access and operational issues, collaborating with the helpdesk team to resolve technical tickets efficiently.

Initiative and Example:

• Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements in IT processes.
• Serve as a model for the team by maintaining a high standard of service and consistently aligning with Opiniion’s values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT operations, support, or a similar role.
• Proficient in MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Intune) and network management (Ubiquity).
• Strong understanding of IT security practices and compliance requirements, with experience in tools like LastPass and Secureframe.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Initiative-driven, with the ability to provide exceptional support and a proactive approach to IT operations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network , Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are a plus.
