As an Integrations Specialist at Opiniion, you will play a pivotal role in designing,
implementing, and supporting integrations with external systems to enhance the
functionality and efficiency of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 2 years of experience, a strong technical background, and the ability to
take initiative while setting an example for the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Mapping and Transformation:
- Analyze data structures from different systems and create mapping
and transformation processes for successful integration.
- Optimize data flow and mapping to enhance system interoperability.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of integrations to identify and resolve issues
proactively.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and
accuracy of integrated solutions.
Documentation:
- Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes,
configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaboration with Development Teams:
- Collaborate with software development teams to incorporate
integration requirements into the software development lifecycle.
- Provide input on best practices for integration design and
implementation.
Client Support:
- Manage incoming support tickets related to troubleshooting
problematic or degraded integrations.
- Identify non-functional integrations and provide clients clear,
actionable communication on how to update their connection settings.
- Monitor key metrics of integration records to ensure each connection is
operating normally.
- Provide support to clients during the integration process, addressing
inquiries and ensuring successful implementation.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve integration-related
issues promptly.
Initiative and Example:
- Take the initiative to identify opportunities for enhancing existing
integrations and developing new integrations.
- Set an example for the team by demonstrating a proactive and
solution-oriented approach.
Maintain Professional Behavior:
- Demonstrate professionalism both in the office environment and when
interacting with clients. Uphold high standards of conduct,
communication, and ethics in all professional interactions to uphold
Opiniion's reputation and foster positive relationships with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Integrations Specialist role or a similar
capacity.
- Experience with data mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Initiative-driven with a demonstrated ability to lead by example.
PREFERRED:
- Strong understanding of API development and integration principles.
- Experience with Zapier, Mailparser and/or other third-party vendor systems.
