As a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting sales and marketing teams by optimizing the lead-to-close funnel, enhancing reporting accuracy, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience with sales and marketing metrics, and proficiency in CRM and GTM technology tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead-to-Close Funnel Analytics:
- Support Sales & Marketing teams in tracking and improving conversion rates at each stage of the funnel (MQL > SQL > Opportunity > Closed Won).
- Partner with leadership to refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) targeting and optimize pipeline health using data insights.
Sales & Marketing KPI Reporting:
- Work closely with the VP of Finance to establish standardized reporting on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), pipeline velocity, lead sources, and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop real-time dashboards in HubSpot and other GTM tools to provide leadership with visibility into key performance metrics.
Forecasting & Predictive Insights:
- Assist in refining sales forecasting models to improve accuracy.
- Provide insights into quota attainment, rep performance, and deal cycle trends in collaboration with Sales Operations and Finance.
GTM Tech Stack Optimization:
- Support CRM (HubSpot) migration and ensure seamless integrations with marketing automation, billing, and ERP systems.
- Evaluate and recommend tools (e.g., CPQ, sales intelligence, lead enrichment) in partnership with functional leaders.
Data-Driven Process Optimization:
- Identify and highlight bottlenecks in sales and marketing processes using data-driven insights.
- Partner with teams to automate reporting and improve efficiency across the lead-to-close process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations within the tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard creation (e.g., Tableau, Looker, HubSpot Reporting).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with property management software or related technologies is a plus.
