As a Product Trainer at Opiniion, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients and internal teams are proficient in utilizing our property management software. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive training programs to both new and existing clients, as well as internal team members. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the success and continuous improvement of Opiniion's products and services. Additionally, as an employee of Opinion it is also expected that you adhere to the Opiniion Dress Code and present yourself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to appropriate grooming and dress standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All New and Existing Client Product Training:
- Conduct thorough product training sessions for new and existing clients to ensure optimal utilization of Opiniion's property management software.
- Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and requirements of clients, addressing their unique challenges.
- Opiniion New Team Member Product Training:
- Provide comprehensive product training for new team members, including Sales, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Onboarding specialists.
- Facilitate onboarding programs to integrate new team members seamlessly into Opiniion's work environment.
- Opiniion New Team Member Industry Training:
- Deliver industry-specific training to new team members, ensuring a deep understanding of property management trends, challenges, and best practices.
- Maintaining Knowledge Base:
- Regularly update and maintain Opiniion's knowledge base with the latest product features, functionalities, and training materials.
- Create and organize training resources for easy accessibility by clients and internal teams.
- Becoming The Product Expert at Opiniion:
- Continuously deepen your knowledge of Opiniion's property management software to become the go-to expert within the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Product Team Member:
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable insights and feedback based on client and team training experiences.
- Contribute to the enhancement of product features and functionalities through active engagement with the development team.
- Responsible for Development Retrospective Team Trainings:
- Conduct retrospective team training for the Opiniion team on new product releases and updates.
- Ensure that the entire Opiniion team is well-versed in the latest developments and equipped to support clients effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in product training, preferably in the tech industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product training, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of property management software or related technologies.
- Proven ability to adapt training programs to various audiences.
- Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated on industry advancements.
- Basic knowledge of technical content writing
