As a Systems Developer at Opiniion, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal systems critical to the operations of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of IT principles, excellent coding skills in JavaScript and similar languages, and the ability to work with APIs to integrate various systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain internal systems to support various departments within Opiniion Inc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript and similar programming languages.
- Work with APIs to integrate internal systems with external platforms and services.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of systems.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.
- Document system processes and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven experience as a Systems Developer or similar role.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and similar programming languages.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of database management systems and data structures (SQL).
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer).
