As the Technical Product Manager at Opiniion, you will play a key role in defining and executing the product roadmap for our property management software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in technical product management, a strong background in the tech industry, and a demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead by example.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the overall company vision.
- Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and updates for Opiniion's property management software.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and effective product development process.
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to drive successful product launches.
User Research and Analysis:
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and expectations.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
Feature Definition and Documentation:
- Clearly define product features and functionalities, providing detailed documentation for development teams.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.
Agile Development:
- Implement and champion Agile development methodologies, ensuring efficient and iterative product development.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing scenarios and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Product Launch and Marketing Support:
- Support marketing efforts by providing product insights, value propositions, and relevant materials.
- Contribute to the development of product-related content and collateral.
Metrics and Analytics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize product features.
Initiative and Leadership Example:
- Take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and drive positive change within the product management process.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical product management within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of property management software and related technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing software products to market.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead cross-functional teams, and drive results.
- Familiarity with Opiniion's property management software is advantageous.
