Quality Assurance Survey Associate

This position entails developing and applying rigorous quality assurance testing procedures to web-based market research surveys. A meticulous, thorough approach to testing, a keen eye for detail, and an obsession for total quality are key requirements for this position. Complex problem-solving skills are necessary, as is an ability to train rapidly in new technical environments.

Responsibilities include checking completed survey text, ensuring proper functionality of logic, and checking data and quotas. The ideal applicant will be able to independently manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks, while communicating with others to identify and fix errors. Though a precise eye for text and logic is necessary, speed is also important to ensure prompt delivery of finished projects.
