The Opportunity:
Opinosis Analytics, a woman-owned, full cycle Artificial Intelligence (AI) consulting and integration company founded in 2018, is looking for a strategic, results driven, growth-oriented individual to provide Lead Generation, Sales Funnel Management and Client Relationship Management support on a part-time, 20 hours/week contract basis. The chosen contractor will work closely with the CEO, an expert in the field, to execute a comprehensive business development and sales strategy aimed at expanding relationships with C-Suite decision-makers in operations, technology, innovation and customer experiences across the United States with a focus on Utah.

Scope of Services:
The contractor will be responsible for coordinating and executing tasks related to business development, lead generation, sales presentations and managing client relationships. This includes:
Lead Generation & Sales Activities
- Coordinating and performing tasks related to lead generation (list building, cold calls, networking, LinkedIn outreach and engagement and CSR management)
- Conducting outreach to key decision-makers and participating in customer communications to qualify leads and secure appointments
- Using industry and competitive analysis to target high-value prospects
- Door-to-door outreach to local companies in Utah to demo services, showcase capabilities and build relationships with decision-makers
Client Relationship Management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including providing consultations to understand their needs and identifying AI solutions that align with their business goals
Sales Funnel Management & Sales Operations
- Coordinating sales funnel management tasks from initial contact to final conversion including CRM systems, tracking sales metrics and ensuring timely follow-ups
Qualifications and Expertise Required:
- 3-5 years’ of inside and outside sales consulting on technology-based solutions or SAAS products
- 3 years’ experience generating leads in the enterprise and government space (B2B, B2Enterprise & B2G)
- 3 years’ experience generating leads and building relationships through LinkedIn, cold calling and knocking on doors with C-suite executives including CEO’s, COOs, CTOs and other key decision-makers in medium-sized corporations, government agencies and large enterprises worth $5M to $ 100M in annual revenue
- 2 years’ experience creating and executing strategic sales plans
- 1 years’ experience creating and managing email campaigns
- 1 years’ experience networking and hosting lunch & learns to build valuable working relationships
- 1 years’ experience researching and landing professional speaking engagements
- Experienced in CRM and sales tracking programs
- Experienced in creating estimates, making presentations and negotiating contracts
- Knowledge of AI solutions for business applications and experience with AI consulting services is a plus
- Experienced with conducting industry and competitive analysis
- Networked in Utah (preferred, not required)
- Professional writing, communication and phone skills
- Strong problem-solving skills to devise win-win solutions
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently remotely and be available for daily/weekly status and strategy meetings

Contract Details:
Hours: 20 hours/week with a flexible schedule to include two weekly progress meetings with the CEO
Monthly Retainer: $ 1,750 - 2,000/month a performance structure based on performance and deliverables
Opportunity for growth: Additional hours and a potential to be transitioned into a full-time position
