Apparel, Non-Apparel Processing Manager
Reports to: Operations Manager
Hours: 6:15AM-3:15PM, Monday - Friday
NO WEEKENDS!

Starting Pay Range: $65k - $80k/annually
Opitz Outlet, specializing in the sale of high-end shoes, apparel and home goods at a savings of at least 70% off retail is currently seeking a dynamic Apparel/Non-Apparel Processing Manager to oversee all aspects of our Apparel and Non-Apparel Processing Operations at our Processing/Receiving Center in St Louis Park, MN. This position includes managing employees responsible for sorting, hanging, pricing, ticketing, and classifying incoming apparel and non/apparel merchandise to be sold at our retail locations.
As an Apparel, Non-Apparel PROCESSING MANAGER at Opitz the essential duties and responsibilities include:
Management of Staff and Quality
· Overall management of Apparel and Accessory teams, as well as supporting roles, such as Production Receiving and Sewing.
· Work with Human Resources to seek out and hire cohesive talent and skilled team members through recruiting, interviewing and testing.
· Ensure all team members are meeting their goals through training and coaching.
· Develop strategy for under-performing Employees
· Develop Career Paths for all team members and implement additional training where needed.
· Create and maintain various reports as needed. This includes production reports, inventory flow reports, error reports, etc.
· Work with Loss Prevention Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
· Drive continuous improvement, always looking for ways to develop and improve new and current processes, as well as maximize current inventory
· Manage Quality Control. Review and investigate quality issues coming from production and the Implement improvement plans to maintain high level of quality and accuracy.
· Work closely with Operation VP to ensure accuracy and standards are being met according to the Opitz brand.
Training & Development
· Learn the processes within each department of Apparel/Non-Apparel Production.
· Analyze production goals and processes annually.
· Learn about the apparel industry and stay on top of trends and current events.
· Develop clear, comprehensive production training plan for all new hires.
· Maintain a productive and positive work environment for all team members.
