MISSION:
- To provide HR support to all associates
ACTIVITIES:
- Assist in facilitating associate communication
- Employee relations / problem solving activities (incident investigation)
- Manage drug compliance policy
- Assist with new hire induction
- Manage suggestion program
- Manage employee recognition processes
- Manage temporary labor
- Complete SAP transactions
- Manage hourly annual review process
- Generate various monthly reports for HR Manager
- Manage temporary housing process
- Coordinate internal bid process
- Manage Visa Process for international trainees
- Assist, meet or exceed established targets
COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Proficient in all Federal and State employment laws – ERISA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA
- At least 3 years of hands on experience in HR / Employee Relations
- Competence with MS Office applications
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Good organization skills
- Self-motivated
- Able to represent all shifts as required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and bring to successful completion
- Ability to be productive in the midst of constant interruptions and changing priorities
- Ability to effectively communicate well with others
- Ability to be a productive team player
