1 / - MISSION :
To support and monitor the customer while keeping Plastic Omnium aware of the customer’s needs and issues.
2 / - MAIN ACTIVITIES :
- Monitor assembly line for customer satisfaction
Communicate with PO Chattanooga to enhance customer service
First response to contain issues at the customer line while extra support is being arranged by PO
Troubleshoot and determine best manner to address issues that arise at the customer
Attend customer quality meetings as needed
Other duties as assigned by manager
Participate in Continuous Improvement tools (POSITIVE, POMs, Focused Improvement Roadmap, etc).
