SITE FINANCES ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN

MISSION :

  • Keep updated booking of account receivables
  • Communicate receivables in past due status
  • Accrue to properly reflect overall AR balances
  • Create Journal Entries for Plant Controllers
  • Maintain assigned Account Reconciliations

ACTIVITIES :

  • Accurately enter Payment Receipt information into SAP against Open Invoices.
  • Research invoices in which receipts have not been entered
  • Maintain positive Relationship with Customers and co-workers
  • Prepare and distribute QC reports detailing QC charges monthly.
  • Perform month-end activities including AR Aging, Project Journals, Returned Parts, and Intercompany Invoicing.
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.

    • COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS :

  • AR experience in high volume environment
  • Self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Fluent English.
  • SAP, Excel
