Mission
1. Provide engineering support tothe plant team for the launce of new products, serial, an spare parts and/or equipment installation.
2. Continually support cost reduction and continuous improvement opportunities during manufacturing launce and regular production.
3. Manage material flow processes, industrial projects and layout of the plant.
Main Activities
1. Responsible for plant organization to coordinate and deliver tasks for project development. Supports all visual mangement activities.
2. Support pre-production and production runs with production team.
3. Lead layout definition and realization including validation in terms of HSE and maintenance requirements.
4. Assist production managers in defining Standard Operation Procedures for production operators, creating work instruction and train production teams.
5. Responsible for plant flow and storage strategy.
6. Responsible for Equipment Spare parts coordination
7. Validation of back-up solution coming from contingency plans.
8. Participare in time studies
9. MAnage layout realization and implement on the production floor.
10. Follow supplier during equipment production for industrial projects
11. Lead punch list process for equipment.
Required Competencies
Engineering student (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or other)
Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
Command of MS Office, internet, and other computer skills
Very good organization skills and a results driver orientation
Teamwork skills
Good work ethic and a willingness to acquire or develop new skills
Continuous improvement orientated
