The US base salary range for this full-time position is $30-$60/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Key Responsibilities
- Feature Engineering: Design, create, and optimize meaningful features for machine learning models to support MLEs
- A/B Testing Analysis: Conduct rigorous statistical analyses to measure the impact of algorithmic changes and provide actionable insights
- Data Warehouse Management: Work with large-scale datasets, optimize data pipelines, and ensure data availability for analytical and modeling purposes
- Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and enable data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience with SQL or Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, etc.) for data manipulation
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries like Matplotlib/Seaborn)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Strong programming skills, particularly in SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience with data science projects, including feature engineering, experimentation, and data visualization
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner
