Position Summary
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Senior Accountant will assist with the accounting close process.
Responsibilities
- Month-end close process including billing preparation, property plant and equipment, prepayments and accruals.
- General ledger accounts review and reconciliations.
- Variance analysis explanations.
- Compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies and procedures.
- Enhance operational efficiency through technology-driven solutions.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years progressive accounting experience across multiple functions of an accounting department. Public accounting experience with a Big Four or national firm a plus.
- Demonstrated record of process improvements and problem-solving.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with other financial analysis a plus.
- Experience with Power BI a plus.
- Experience with Deltek Vision a plus.
