The Administrative Support must have at least a High School Diploma and/or GED. They must have the capacities to maintain general office activities, providing quality assurance, programmatic and office support to the CEO. Clinical Director and Program Manager. The Administrative Support will implement a system that provides organization, structure and support to the department. These services are provided in accordance with the confidentiality regulations through HIPAA and the licensing regulations through the Department of Medical Assistance Services (“DMAS”), the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (“DBHDS”). In addition, this position requires successful completion of a criminal history and central registry background investigation. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
(Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following):
- Prepares Human Resources files for new hires, including but not limited to New Hire Packets
- Gather documents to complete HR file(s) for new hires.
- Working in a mental health/ medical health administrative setting
- Working well under pressure (phone ringing, client @ desk, walk-in referrals, etc)
- Running a smoothe and effective administrative office.
- Must have the appropriate skills and abilities to utilize an electronic system
- Processes criminal background checks, references, and any other verification documents for new hires.
- Processes benefits enrollment for all new hires when requested by CEO
- Maintains and updates training, certifications, and PPD records as needed.
- Sends faxes as requested, verifying time/date sent by printed report from fax machine.
- Maintains self-service forms area keeping all forms stocked and neatly arranged

- Successful completion of criminal history background checks (child abuse and neglect registry)
- Successful participation in monthly or bi-monthly behavioral intervention training
- Successful completion of CPR and First Aid
- Successful completion of annual Human Rights training
