Salary : Pay : $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead / Director to oversee and be responsible for organizing and overseeing people and programs at our facility. In addition, your duty will be to train and supervise others within our growing mental health agency.
Key Responsibilities :
Required Skills & Abilities :
- Active clinical licensure (LMHP, LCSW, LPC, LSATP) with independent practice ability.
- Experience in substance use and mental health treatment , preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to provide clinical supervision and support to a diverse team.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health and substance use disorders.
- Familiarity with state laws, regulations, and ethical standards in behavioral health.
- Constructive and professional communication with staff.
- Flexibility to manage a small caseload when needed.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Commitment to adhering to professional ethics and the State Mental Health Code .
