Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Program Supervisor to oversee and support six growing programs within our mental health agency: Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSS), Intensive In-Home Services (IIH), Substance Abuse Services (Level 2.5/PHP), Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit (RCSU), and Mobile Crisis Response and Community Stabilization (MCR/CS). This role involves direct supervision, program growth, stakeholder engagement, and clinical leadership to ensure the success of each program.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Oversight and Development
- Supervise and provide clinical guidance for six programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Assist in the development and growth of programs until they are ready to transition to an independent supervisor.
- Oversee program operations and provide support to staff to maintain quality service delivery.
Clinical Supervision and Staff Development
- Provide supervision for QMHP-A, QMHP-C, and QMHP-T staff, fostering their professional growth and ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
- Conduct in-person monthly staff meetings for Q-level staff or as needed to address updates, training, and program-specific needs.
- Provide supervision for L-level staff working toward full licensure, including virtual monthly staff meetings to ensure alignment and support.
Community Engagement
- Represent the agency and its programs in the community by meeting with stakeholders and promoting program awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners to support program objectives and client outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities
- Be willing to work in the field as necessary to support programs, staff, and clients.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to implement strategies for program enhancement and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing mental health and substance abuse programs.
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.
- Must hold an active clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2–5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience supervising QMHP-A, QMHP-C, QMHP-T, and pre-licensed clinicians is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid-funded programs and behavioral health regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with developing and scaling mental health programs.
- Experience in community engagement and stakeholder relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
- In-office, field-based, and virtual work environments as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
