- Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain employee and client privacy per HIPAA and employment laws.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with hiring, background checks, and new hire orientation.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Address concerns, support policy implementation, and handle sensitive matters.
- Benefits & Payroll Support: Assist with benefits enrollment and payroll accuracy.
- Training & Development: Coordinate required staff training and track certifications.
- HR Administration: Maintain secure records and oversee exit processes.
- Workplace Engagement: Organize team building and appreciation events.
- Education: Bachelors in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 23 years in HR, preferably in behavioral health.
- Knowledge: Employment laws, HR policies, HIPAA compliance.
- Skills: Strong discretion, organization, HR software proficiency.
- Certifications (Preferred): PHR or SHRM-CP.
- Health, dental, and vision (if applicable).
