Salary : Pay : $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
Description : Opportunities for A Better Tomorrow, a leading community mental health provider in Richmond, VA, is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Clinical Assessor- LMHP-E in our Intensive In-Home Program / Mental Health Skill Building / 23hr / Community Stabilization / 2.5-PHP-Substance Abuse Program. This position will be filled by a qualified mental health provider who possesses strong interpersonal, management, and direct service skills. Must hold at minimum Master of Social Work degree from an accredited school of social work or Master of Counseling, Master of Psychology or in a related human services field or Doctorate in Psychology. Must have three years prior related experience. Candidates must be licensed or licensed eligible by the state of Virginia as Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, Clinical Psychologists or Psychologists
Responsibilities :
- Screen and assess individuals for eligibility to receive MHSB / 23hr / Community Stabilization / Intensive in Home services and 2.5 / PHP-Substance Abuse Program following Department of Behavioral Health, DMAS, and ASAM guidelines.
- Complete assessments in a fast-paced environment for incoming clients to receive services.
- Review ISPs and all clinical documents
- Ensure all assessments are typed and submitted to Clinical Director for review within 30 days of actual assessment.
- Provide case supervision and support to QMHP staff at bi-weekly staff meetings.
- Conduct weekly supervision to monitor provision services.
- Monitor documentation completion for timeliness and quality. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes. Coordinate with other service providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
