Job Summary:
The RCSU House Manager oversees daily operations at the Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit (RCSU), ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, bed management, community networking, and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities:- Resident Care: Manage intakes, discharges, daily activities, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Staff Supervision: Create schedules, handle callouts, train, and support staff.
- Bed Management: Maintain full occupancy by coordinating with referral sources.
- Facility Oversight: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper inventory of supplies.
- On-Call Duties: Respond to emergencies, crisis situations, and staffing issues.
- Reporting & Compliance: Provide weekly reports, document incidents, and serve as the emergency contact.
- Education: High school diploma (required); Associate’s/Bachelor’s in human services (preferred).
- Experience: 2 years in residential, behavioral health, or crisis stabilization (supervisory experience preferred).
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid (required); MAT and crisis intervention training (preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, crisis management, scheduling, and communication abilities.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-call for emergencies.
