Job is:
Our ideal candidate will:
- Inspection of files for accuracy and completeness
- Review and collect information for District Summer student file requirements
- Maintain detailed records of communication and registration progress
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of registration information and documents
- Conduct thorough audits of registration records to ensure compliance with established guidelines and accuracy of information.
- Making outgoing calls to prospective students and their families to offer assistance and guidance through the digital registration process and manage incoming calls and inquiries.
- Additional duties may be assigned
We’ll need you to have the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an office environment
- Auditing experience preferred
- Knowledge of school administration or student registration procedures preferred
- Proficiency in using computer software, including database systems and Google WorkSpace.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
Pay: $18.00
$19.00 with a Bachelors Degree
$21.00 w/ 30 Sub Permit
