Head Start is seeking a dedicated Teacher for Toddlers to join our teaching team. In this role, you will work with children to develop their physical, cognitive, and social-emotional skills through engaging and interactive lesson plans and activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities that meet the unique needs of each child
- Providing guidance and support to children as they learn new skills, including feeding, toileting, and self-care
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and one year of experience in an early childhood program. A valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
