Job Description:
This position requires a caring and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care and services to our residents. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of assigned residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Document resident progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- 10th-grade education or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English language
Salary Information:
$48,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
