POSITION SUMMARY:
Accurately prepare and deliver mortgage compliance disclosures for broker’s loan applications. Communicate with brokers, loan processors, and internal Angel Oak staff on disclosure requests received. Work with the broker and broker’s staff to provide an exemplary customer experience while maintaining file quality and efficiency as the loan moves through the disclosures issued process. Perform all duties in accordance with Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions policies, procedures, guidelines, and applicable state and federal regulations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for the creation and revision of compliance disclosures

Responsible for the timely delivery of all applicable disclosures
-
Follow up and set clear expectations with external and internal parties regarding the disclosure process
-
Handle broker inquiries in a timely and professional manner
-
Ensure loans are progressing through the system as required, and follow up on loans experiencing delays
-
Achieve monthly production and turn time goals
-
Complete all company required compliance testing
-
Participate in all required trainings as determined by manager
-
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime during peak business flow

Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent

2-3 years mortgage experience
