What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler 1st Shift position at Opportunities with The Dixon Group?
Dixon is looking for an Assembler to join our team in Dallas, NC! This person will assemble parts according to procedure and quality standard. They will meet the required pieces per hour as well as interact and work within a team to improve production process and train others. This person must maintain safe working habits and a clean work area. Other duties assigned as needed. 1st shift hours are 6:30am - 3:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts
- Inspect parts
- Communicate with employees on manufacturing floor
- Work safely around equipment and coworkers
- Learn to operate hand tools and machining equipment
