Are you interested in earning a 10% SHIFT PREMIUM? Dixon is looking for CNC Setup Operators to join our team in Dallas, NC on 3rd shift. This person will need to be able to setup and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision metal components and inspect product to drawing specifications. This person would also need to be able to read blueprints and work with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to perform inspections. 5 years experience setting up and operating CNC lathes or mills is required. Experience with Fanuc CNC machines is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate multiple CNC machines
- Participate in training and learn Dixon products
- Daily maintenance activities
- Flexibility with rotating assignments
- Work as part of a team
COMPETENCIES:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience setting up and operating CNC lathes or mills
- Ability to develop programming skills
- Great attitude and attendance
- Ability to use hand tools and read blueprints
- Ability to use measuring tools and shop mathematics
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds over the course of a shift
- Willingness to learn new things and be part of a team
