Dixon is looking for a Production Worker to join its Dixon Boss team in Chestertown on Maryland's eastern shore. The Production Worker will prepare and pack product for shipment. No production experience is required, however, mechanical aptitude is a plus! Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and pack products for shipment
- Attention to detail including monitoring the proper production of parts or products
- Adherence to safety processes and procedures
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Ability to use basic mathematics specifically addition and subtraction
- Ability to drive a fork lift
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift and maneuver 70 lbs. consistently over the course of a shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
