Essential Functions:
As a Quality Control Technician at Hydrasearch, you will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to quality and excellence. Your responsibilities include:
- Approving incoming materials through rigorous testing and inspections.
- Ensuring in-process production aligns with specifications and making necessary adjustments.
- Approving finished products after thorough inspections or facilitating rework if needed.
- Documenting and recording inspection results accurately.
- Maintaining measurement equipment to ensure precision.
- Upholding a safe and healthy work environment and regulatory compliance.
- Continuously expanding your knowledge and skills through educational opportunities.
Competencies:
We're looking for someone with the following competencies:
- Mechanical Measurement: Experience with mechanical measurement equipment such as height gages, calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, CMM, and 3D scanning is preferred.
- Engineering Expertise: Familiarity with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Organization and Problem-Solving
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
