We're seeking a talented individual with proven experience in both TIG and MIG welding to contribute to the production of high-quality industrial fluid transfer products. If you have a minimum of 2 years of production welding experience or have successfully completed a welding certification program, we want to hear from you! RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform high-quality production MIG and TIG welding on industrial fluid transfer products.
- Prepare materials for welding, including sandblasting, grinding, and manual machining.
- Ensure all welds meet stringent quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
COMPETENCIES:
- Proficient in both TIG and MIG welding techniques.
- Strong understanding of welding principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to use sandblasting and grinding equipment.
- Ability to perform manual machining.
