Position Summary
Crow Holdings Capital seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Analyst to join the Investor Coverage team in Dallas, TX. This role will support the capital raising process by focusing on identifying new potential investors, analyzing financial data, and supporting the structure and execution of successful fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, has strong attention to detail, and has a passion for financial analysis and capital raising activities. The Investor Coverage Analyst will have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and gain exposure to strategic capital raising efforts at a nationally recognized real estate firm.
Primary Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential institutional investors and assist in regular communication efforts with existing investors
- Analyze financial data and publicly available information to assess potential investors’ interests, investment patterns, and alignment with fundraising goals
- Assist in maintaining a database within Salesforce of existing and prospective investors; make Salesforce entries (contacts, investor & meeting notes, etc.)
- Track and maintain accurate and organized records of investor interactions, commitments, and fundraising activities
- Support outreach efforts to engage potential investors through targeted communication and follow-up
- Work jointly with the Director of Investor Coverage on the research and development of new business ideas or products
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Understands the needs of investors and can devise a feasible plan to improve client services and outreach efforts
- Excellent analytical, financial, and quantitative skills, with highest level of attention to detail
- Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear and concise reporting and internal and external correspondence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Salary : $30
