Consumer Service Coordinator (Hourly Range: $25.0451-$38.8531)
SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, is responsible for coordinating the services and support available to consumers as outlined in the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, public health nursing, teaching, special education, early childhood development, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
OR
- BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience, including case management, in intellectual/developmental disabilities, social work, special education, early childhood development, or a related field.
Preschool Service Coordinator (Hourly Range: $25.0451-$38.8531)
SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager is responsible for coordinating the services and support available to consumers as outlined in the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act. Perform related work as assigned.

Early Intervention Service Coordinator (Hourly Range: $25.0451-$38.8531)
SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Program Manager - Early Start Program, the Early Intervention Services Coordinator is the first agency representative to families who have infants eligible for services under the U.S. Department of Education’s Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part C. Is responsible for coordinating assessment of these infants, educating parents regarding developmental strategies, arranging for appropriate service intervention, making appropriate case dispositions, and liaison activities with referring professionals. Develop and implement Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). Perform case management activities and community liaison tasks related to these cases. Complete the intake process.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, public health nursing, teaching, special education, early childhood development, or a related field from an accredited college or university
OR
- BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience, including case management, in intellectual/developmental disabilities, social work, special education, early childhood development, or a related field.
Self Determination Program Services Coordinator (Hourly Range: $26.2974 - $40.7957)
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, is responsible for coordinating the services and support available to consumers as outlined in the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act. Perform related work as assigned. Has no supervisory responsibilities.
- BA in social work, psychology, or a related field, or a BS in nursing from an accredited school.
- One year of experience in developmental disabilities or a related field.
Enhanced Service Coordinator (Hourly Range: $26.2974 - $40.7957)
SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, shall provide enhanced service coordination to persons with developmental disabilities and their families. Will manage a 1:40 caseload ratio of consumers currently served by IRC with the lowest per capita and/or no Purchase of Service (POS) expenditures. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
- Three-years of experience in developmental disabilities or a related field.
Full-Time Case Management Trainee (Hourly Rate $23.6011)
SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Case Management Trainee position is a 6 month to 12-month training position that is responsible for the direct case management of services offered to consumers and will serve a smaller caseload of consumers. Performs related work as assigned.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited school.
- Full use of an automobile, possession of a valid California driver's license and liability insurance for the minimum amount prescribed by law or ability to provide for independent transportation. Must have and maintain a safe driving record.
Part-Time Case Management Trainee - 20 Hours Per Week (Hourly Rate: $23.6011)
SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Case Management Trainee position is a 6 month to 12-month training position that is responsible for the direct case management of services offered to consumers and will serve a smaller caseload of consumers. 20 hours per week. Performs related work as assigned.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- A High School diploma AND currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a graduation date within 6 months. This position is not available to those who already have a Bachelor's degree.
- Full use of an automobile, possession of a valid California driver's license and liability insurance for the minimum amount prescribed by law or ability to provide for independent transportation. Must have and maintain a safe driving record.
