Manager, Digital Product Management

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Digital Product Management to support the UX design, development, and ongoing optimization of our hotelier-facing digital experiences and tools. Reporting to the Director of Hotelier Digital Product Development, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital platforms, ensuring they effectively meet the needs of LHW’s core customers: hoteliers. 

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in digital product management, a collaborative approach to problem-solving, and an interest in hotel digital experiences. A background in luxury hospitality is a plus, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a growing team. Key Responsibilities 

• Help oversee key aspects of the product lifecycle, from planning and development to launch and continuous enhancements. 
• Serve as a trusted consultant for hoteliers, ensuring their digital experience aligns with business goals. Must be comfortable in a client-facing role, including leading demos and gathering user feedback. 
• Support the Director of Hotel Digital Product Development in overseeing the operational aspects of the Digital Support team, responsible for handling hotel requests related to digital channels. 
• Work closely with UX, Brand, Creative, IT, Member Experience teams, external development partners, and hoteliers to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives. 
• Apply analytical thinking and creativity to identify challenges and drive innovative solutions. 
• Assist in defining and prioritizing product features based on user feedback, analytics, and market research. 
• Contribute to product roadmaps by tracking milestones, gathering data, and assisting with A/B testing and key metrics, helping to move performance optimization forward.

• Agility & Adaptability: Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. 
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and engage with stakeholders at all levels. 
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in managing product features, roadmaps, and performance metrics. 
• Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. 
• Proactive Mindset: Self-starter with an ownership mentality, able to work effectively in ambiguous situations. 

Qualifications 

• 2-3 years of experience in digital product management or product development. 
• Experience managing aspects of the product development process using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. 
• Understanding of web, mobile app, and SaaS product development principles. 
• Strong data analysis skills, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions. 
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and a user-centric approach to product development.

Compensation

Expected Salary*: $90,000-100,000

Target Incentive bonus: 10%

*Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, location and applicable laws.
