Position Expectations:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all assigned teller functions and additional duties, accurately and efficiently, while providing our customers with a consistent exceptional customer experience.
- Will be expected to be punctual and dependable by being in their assigned work station and ready to assist customers and other team members by the scheduled start time of each shift.
- Prioritize Customer Experience keeping it top of mind and providing consistent exceptional service to all customers in person, through the drive-up window, and via telephone by way of warm welcoming's and helping to identify their needs.
- Maintain customer and co-worker confidentiality.
- Confidently build trust and loyalty with our customers and other team members through authenticity, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Complete all mandatory bank training by associated deadlines. Further increase job and industry knowledge by actively participating in supplemental bank-coordinated educational programs and training courses, including cross training expectations.
- Willingly perform additional duties outside of basic teller functions including but not limited to; Ordering checks, address changes, working daily reports, transaction disputes, closing accounts, safe deposit box procedures, providing statements and copies as requested by customer etc.
- Adhere to all operational and security policies and procedures, including enforcing compliance and privacy policies maintained by the bank to further mitigate risk in every interaction and detect fraudulent transactions to further prevent losses.
- Strive to be involved in our community and serve as a knowledgeable resource maintaining awareness of information concerning available bank products and services. Establish, retain, and deepen relationships with existing and new customers in the community to further carry out OBMT's Mission and achieve branch growth goals.
Education and Experience Requirements:
