Our client is seeking a Solutions Engineer RF to support East Coast projects, primarily in the Tri-State area. This role involves travel to customer sites to perform site surveys, commission systems, troubleshoot installations, and ensure high-quality system deployment.
A background check will be required prior to employment.
Responsibilities : Pre-Sales Support
Conduct pre-construction site walks to evaluate buildings, campuses, and areas where RF signals require enhancement.
Gather technical details and design information to support proposals, quotes, and presales designs.
Provide input on design modifications based on site conditions.
Technical Expertise
Utilize signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and other tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various systems.
Post-sales activities, including commissioning, system optimization, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support for break / fix scenarios and coordinate with the NOC as needed.
Documentation & Communication
Prepare detailed reports and documentation based on site findings to facilitate accurate designs and implementations.
Create sales content, including presales presentations and technical designs, for customer meetings and proposals.
Effectively communicate technical insights to internal and external stakeholders.
