Responsibilities : Troubleshoot, edit, and program PLCs throughout the plant. Repair electrical breakdowns, working with voltages up to 480V and 3-phase motors. Build and program HMIs from scratch, aiming to build out buttons, update switches, and update interface. Write and edit programs for robotic equipment. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace parts for non-labelled control panels, based on electrical diagrams. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to handle troubleshooting activities, spending >
80% of their time on the production floor. Requirements : 3 years of controls experience for the manufacturing industry. MUST HAVE the ability to program PLCs from scratch Experience programming, troubleshooting, and repairing HMIs and camera / vision systems. Experience troubleshooting & repairing robotic systems.
